Customer Response Team Aircraft Takes to the Skies

On Monday, March 3rd, Learjet 45 – tail number N45YF – commenced operation, providing dedicated AOG resolution support for business aircraft customers. The offering complements Bombardier’s comprehensive mobile, onsite and AOG resolution capabilities by flying parts and technical personnel to operators anywhere in the continental United States.

Latest Addition to the Customer Response Team

The introduction of this dedicated aircraft is the latest addition to Bombardier’s Customer Response Team, which includes:

Complementing these offerings is the dedicated support of Bombardier’s Field Service Representatives, Customer Service Account Managers and Regional Support Offices that work directly with the Customer Response Team to get our customers back in the air.

One Call Does it All

The Customer Response Team aircraft is dispatched via the Customer Response Centre. AOG coordinators in Montreal and Wichita assess the situation and coordinate response by leveraging any number of the Customer Response Team resources available—including our dedicated jet.

From our Base to Yours

The Customer Response Team aircraft can be dispatched 24-7. It is stationed at Palwaukee airfield adjacent to Bombardier’s Chicago Parts Hub where it can be rapidly loaded with parts, as well as technicians and tooling from our Chicago-based Customer Response Team truck.

From there it is flown to the customer’s location where, if needed, it rendezvous’ with another Customer Response Team truck to perform required maintenance.

With parts, techs, trucks and tooling, we return aircraft to service and then fly back to Chicago where the Customer Response Team aircraft awaits its next mission.
