Bombardier Shifts Into Overdrive with Expansion in U.S.

On October 29, 2012, Bombardier Customer Services unveiled its Mobile Response Parties (MRP) at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) trade show in Orlando, Florida.

Each of the seven Mobile Response Parties is manned by an avionics and a maintenance technician and supported by a customized truck carrying tooling that includes state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment, laptops and connectivity solutions that enable full access to Bombardier Customer Services’ network.

Mobile Response Party Locations

Over the next two months, our dedicated MRPs will be pre-positioned to seven regions in: Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Van Nuys, California; Seattle, Washington; Denver, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; and Teterboro, New Jersey. They will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for all families of Bombardier business aircraft at your location.

The MRP units will work in concert with Bombardier’s North America-based network of Regional Support Offices (RSOs), 24/7 Customer Response Centres, in Montreal and Wichita, and our wholly owned business aircraft service centres in the U.S.—as well as our Customer Liaison Pilots, Customer Support Account Managers and Field Service Representatives.
