January 15, 2013 – Launch of 2-year warranty on Business Aircraft spare parts
Last April, Bombardier Customer Services announced that we would be doubling the warranty period on all spare parts purchased through our worldwide network for business aircraft. We are pleased to communicate that parts purchased from January 1, 2013 onwards, are now covered under warranty for 2 years.
This new warranty term will apply to all consumable and rotable parts purchased through our Customer Services or Bombardier Service Centre network. The 2-year warranty will operate under the same terms and conditions as the previous one-year term, which excludes labour.
This initiative is part of Bombardier’s larger drive to become the parts supplier of choice for its Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft customers.
